The architect Victor Almazan was born in Girona in 1974.
He licensed as architect in 2003, at the Technical Hight School of Architecture in Barcelona (UPC).
Graduated in philosophy at UdG, 2021.

From his preliminary works protrude the collaboration with the Barcelona’s town hall Department of Projects. He worked in the team who restaured the building of the Palace “Baró de Quadres”, from the modernist architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch, which host the headquarters of the Asian House in Barcelona. And then he worked in the impulsion and management of the urban project for the mountain of Montjuic in Barcelona, the most important green park of the city, during the years 1999-2003.

In 2004 created a professional office and, since then, he involved in projects and works, both new construction and rehabilitation, contests for public buildings and temporary exhibitions. In 2018 I received the Fad Opinion Award for the ephemeral intervention "Codi Petri" at Girona's cathedral.

The feature of his work is diving in each part of the project process and each part of building directions. His work is aligned with the balanced and efficiency solutions with the place, choosing materials according their environmental costs and the rational use of architectural tipologies.
