House with a floor area of 330 m2 and a basement of 108 m2.Staggered ground floor building on a steeply sloping plot with sea views to the north and solar radiation capture on the rear façade.The day program is organized on the upper level, with a 90 m2 living room and a 50 m2 porch, connected to the pool deck.The night program is organized on the lower level, with four double bedrooms, with bathroom and dressing room, and a living room.Parking for four cars and various storage spaces and facilities.

Use of few materials: Cadaqués stone for the walls, bush-hammered precast concrete pillars and beams for the exposed structure and aged ceramic tiles for the roofs.The building starts fused with the environment and gradually dematerializes.
