Small single-family house tailored for the Client. Two volumes that divide the domestic and warehouse program, articulated by a porch that functions as a covered work-place. The building adapts to the elongated plot, chosen, among other aspects, to be able to open the house to the south and close it to the north. Constructively, the firm's commitment to thermal inertia has continued as a fundamental parameter for improving passive climate comfort inside.
